1. Introduction and Company Information
RMV Pets ("we," "us," or "our") is a registered business operating in India, specializing in the manufacture and supply of pet products including but not limited to pet wipes, t-shirts, toys, and other related merchandise. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between RMV Pets and its business customers (retailers and wholesalers, hereinafter referred to as "Merchants").
By placing an order with RMV Pets, Merchants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between RMV Pets and the Merchant.
2. Product Orders and Pricing
2.1. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes only. RMV Pets strives to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
2.2. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, all prices quoted are the MRP of the products, inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, but exclusive of delivery, shipping, returns or other convenience fees.
2.3. Minimum order quantities may apply for wholesale purchases. Please contact our sales team for current minimum order requirements.
2.4. Order confirmation will be sent via email once an order is successfully placed. RMV Pets reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion prior to shipment.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. RMV Pets accepts payments through various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and EMI options through our payment aggregator Razorpay.
3.2. For EMI options, Merchants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective banking partners. The available EMI tenures and interest rates are determined by the banking partners and may vary.
3.4. Late payments may incur interest charges and affect future credit privileges.
4. EMI Payment Option
4.1. RMV Pets offers EMI payment options through Razorpay for eligible transactions and eligible Merchants.
4.2. EMI options are available on select banks' credit and debit cards as per the banking partner policies.
4.3. The minimum purchase amount for EMI eligibility may vary by bank.
4.4. Interest rates and processing fees for EMI transactions are determined by the respective banks and may be subject to change.
4.5. In the case of No-Cost EMI options offered to customers, RMV Pets shall not bear any part of the interest component. The full interest amount, along with any applicable GST as mandated under prevailing banking or tax regulations, shall be solely borne by the Merchant.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. RMV Pets will arrange for delivery of products to the address specified by the Merchant at the time of order placement.
5.2. Standard delivery timeframes are 3-7 working days, depending on the delivery location. Actual delivery times may vary based on location and other factors.
5.3. Shipping and handling charges will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout and may vary based on order value, weight, and destination.
5.4. Merchants are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery and reporting any visible damages within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Return and Replacement Policy
6.1. RMV Pets offers a limited return and replacement policy as detailed in our separate Refund Policy document.
6.2. All returns and replacement requests must comply with the procedures outlined in the Refund Policy.
6.3. RMV Pets reserves the right to reject returns or replacement requests that do not meet the criteria specified in the Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Liability Cap: RMV Pets' liability for any claims arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
7.2. Product Usage Disclaimer: RMV Pets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
7.3. Force Majeure & Delivery Delays: RMV Pets shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or labourdisputes, delays by third-party logistics or delivery partners, supply chain disruptions, internet or utility outages, cyberattacks, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or any act or omission of governmental authorities, including restrictions, bans, or lockdowns.
7.4. No Warranty of Uninterrupted Services: RMV Pets does not guarantee that its platform, services, or operations will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Access may be suspended or restricted occasionally for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
7.5. Product Liability Disclaimer: RMV Pets shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising out of product misuse, mishandling, modification, or failure to follow usage instructions provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
7.6. Third-Party Services and Content: RMV Pets shall not be held responsible for any third-party services, content, links, or integrations accessible through its platform including but not limited to third-party logistics, payment gateways, etc. Any dealings with such third parties are solely at the user's or merchant’s discretion and risk.
7.7. No Liability for Loss of Profits or Business: In no event shall RMV Pets be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on RMV Pets' website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RMV Pets and is protected by Indian copyright laws.
8.2. Merchants may not use RMV Pets' trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property for any purpose without explicit written permission from RMV Pets.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.
9.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to mediation and, if necessary, to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
9.3. The place of arbitration shall be [Your City], India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Refund Policy
1. Refund and Replacement Eligibility
1.1. RMV Pets is committed to providing quality products to our Merchants. RMV Pets exclusively offers replacements for products that have manufacturing defects, are damaged (excluding damage caused during delivery), are incorrect in terms of product or quantity, exhibit quality issues, or have expired shelf-life. RMV Pets does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, except where a replacement is not feasible or possible. In such cases, refunds may be considered solely at RMV’s discretion, and only for products falling within the aforementioned categories.
RMV Pets is committed to providing quality products to our Merchants. We offer replacements for defective or damaged products subject to the terms outlined below.
1.2. Merchants shall inspect all delivered products immediately upon delivery. Any claim for replacement or report of issues must be communicated in writing within a period of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (“Inspection Period”).
1.3. Claims for the following issues must be reported within the Inspection Period:
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged products (not caused during delivery)
• Incorrect products or quantities
• Quality issues that render the product unfit for sale
• Products with expired dates.
1.4. Claims for the following will not be accepted:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper handling or storage by the Merchant
• Products that have been used, altered, tampered with, or resold by the Merchant
• Products with tags or packaging removed or damaged by the Merchant
• Damage occurring during delivery by a delivery partner/agent booked or assigned by the Merchant
2. Replacement Process
2.1. For eligible claims, RMV Pets primarily offers product replacements rather than monetary refunds. In exceptional cases where and when replacement is not feasible from RMV’s side, only then refunds shall be considered only for the products as described in Clause 1.1.
2.2. To request a replacement, Merchants must:
• Contact our customer service team at business@rmv.co.in or 9831363689.
• Provide order number, product details, and a description of the issue
• Submit clear photographs of the defective/damaged products when requested
• Return the original products if required by RMV Pets
2.3. Once a replacement request is approved, RMV Pets will arrange for pickup of defective products (if required) and delivery of replacement products at no additional cost to the Merchant.
2.4. Replacement products will be dispatched within 7 working days of claim approval, subject to product availability.
3. Monetary Refund Policy
3.1. Only in exceptional cases where replacement is not feasible or practical, RMV Pets may offer monetary refunds solely at its discretion.
3.2. Monetary refunds will be processed through the original payment method subject to the terms laid down in Clause 3.1:
• For standard payments: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
• For EMI payments: Refunds will be processed as per the terms outlined in Section 4 below
3.3. Refund amounts will not include shipping charges, except in cases where products are found to be defective, damaged (excluding damage caused during delivery), incorrect in terms of product or quantity, have quality issues, or have expired dates, as elaborated in Clause 1.3.
4. EMI Refunds
4.1. For purchases made using EMI options through Razorpay, refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective banking partner.
4.2. For full refunds on EMI purchases:
• The refund will be processed to the same card used for payment
• The bank will adjust the EMI schedule or cancel remaining EMIs as per their policies
• Any interest or processing fees already charged may not be refundable as per bank policies
• The Merchant may be liable for cancellation charges as determined by the bank
4.3. For partial refunds on EMI purchases:
• The refund amount will be adjusted against the principal amount as per bank policies
• The EMI schedule may continue with adjusted amounts
• RMV Pets is not responsible for any interest charges or GST on interest that may have been applied by the bank
4.4. Processing time for EMI refunds typically takes 7-10 working days but may vary depending on the banking partner's policies.
5. Bulk Order Returns and Replacements
5.1. For bulk orders (exceeding [specific quantity or value]), special return and replacement terms may apply.
5.2. Merchants must notify RMV Pets of any issues with bulk orders within the Inspection Period.
5.3. For bulk orders, RMV Pets may conduct an inspection before approving replacements or refunds.
5.4. Partial replacements or refunds may be offered for bulk orders where only a portion of the products is found to be defective.
